You must have a Sales Rep assigned to each Reseller Account before they are able to place an order with you.
To do this, begin by clicking in to the "Accounts" page.
Within this page you'll find two tabs: Resellers and Sales Reps
The Resellers tab allows you to view an alphabetized list of all your connected Resellers and shows the number of Sales Reps assigned to each.
You can click through to view details for each Reseller, including:
- Business contact information
- Business location
- Assigned Sales Reps
- Recent orders
The Sales Reps tab allows you to view an alphabetized list of all available Sales Reps and take the following actions:
- Add a new Sales Rep
- Edit
- Remove
- Assign
To assign a Sales Rep to multiple accounts, click Assign and you'll see a full list of connected Resellers to choose from; check the box next to a Reseller to assign the Sales Rep and click Assign Rep.
